Object Theory – General Terms & Conditions
1. Sales & Returns
All sales are final. Object Theory does not accept returns once a product has been sold and delivered.
2. Damages & Exchanges
• In the event that a product is delivered in a damaged condition, Object Theory will offer an exchange only. Refunds are not applicable.
• Any damage must be reported within 3 days of delivery. Claims made after this period will not be considered.
• Customers are required to share clear photographic and video evidence of the damage at the time of unboxing.
3. Shipping & Liability
• Object Theory ensures that all products are carefully inspected, documented, and packed. Time-stamped images/videos are recorded during packaging and dispatch.
• If damage occurs during transit, the responsibility lies with the shipping/logistics partner. Object Theory will assist in facilitating the claim, but the resolution will be subject to the courier company’s policies.
• Object Theory is not liable for damages caused during transit beyond providing necessary documentation.
4. Manufacturing Defects
• In case of genuine manufacturing defects, Object Theory will take full responsibility and offer a replacement.
• Approved replacements will be processed within 4 weeks from the date of reporting and validation.
5. Payments
• 100% payment must be made in advance for all purchases, along with applicable shipping and delivery charges.
• All prices listed are exclusive of GST and applicable taxes will be added at checkout/invoice.
6. Commissioned Work
• For all custom/commissioned pieces, a 75% advance payment is required to initiate the project.
• The remaining 25% must be paid prior to or at the time of delivery.
• Delivery and logistics charges for commissioned works will be charged separately.
7. General Disclaimer
• Object Theory is not responsible for any delays, damages, or losses caused due to unforeseen circumstances, third-party logistics, or forceful events.
